Tiny Tots: In this level, students are introduced to age appropriate stretches, basic positions of the feet and arms, and ballet class etiquette.  Ballet terminology is also introduced.

Pre-Ballet: In this level, barre-work is introduced, and students continue to learn basic steps and terminology. 

Beginning Ballet: An introduction to ballet for beginning dancers ages 7-10, which includes stretching, terminology, and basic ballet steps.

Beginning Teen: An introduction to ballet for beginning dancers ages 11-18, which includes stretching, terminology, and basic ballet steps.

Level 1A: Building on the concepts learned in Pre-Ballet, level 1A introduces several new steps, and continues to focus on the concept of turn-out.

Level 1B: Students begin to work on placement and pelvic alignment.  The length of the class increases from one hour to 90-minutes.

Level 2A: Students are introduced to turns, and placement of the head and upper body is emphasized.  Students are encouraged to take two classes per week.

Level 2B: Students continue to work on turning, and learn many new steps.  This level also emphasizes musicality, and focuses on pelvic alignment.  Students are required to take two classes per week in order to participate in performances.

Level 3A: Correct pelvic alignment and turnout continue to be the focus of this level.  Positions of the body are introduced.  Students are encouraged to attend three classes per week and a pre-pointe class.  Many dancers begin to do pointe work in this level.

Level 3B: In this level dancers work on strengthening their turns and jumps, and continue to work on alignment.  Dancers enrolled in three technique classes are permitted to take a beginning pointe class.   

Level 4: Students prepare for the pre-professional program, strengthening their pointe work and focusing on flexibility, alignment, and turnout.  In this level dancers are encouraged to take a modern dance class.

Levels 5 & 6: The pre-professional program; these levels focus on preparing the dancers for a career in ballet.  Pointe class must be taken twice a week in addition to four or five technique classes.  Dancers learn advanced turning and jumping combinations, and placement and alignment is expected to be correct.  Performance quality is also emphasized.

Boys Class: An introduction to ballet for boys ages 7 and up, which includes stretching, terminology, and basic ballet steps.  Turns, jumps, and strengthening exercises are emphasized.  Students are encouraged to take an additional technique class.

Adult Beginning Ballet: A fun, beginning-level ballet class open to ages 18 and up.  This class is a great way to get some exercise, while learning the basics of ballet.
